Meditation & Self Care Session


Does taking time for yourself feel really difficult? You feel guilty for wanting to take time for you, even though you, deep down, know the benefits of doing so.

Meditation and self care are practices you know you should do, but you feel both too busy and quieting your mind feels super out of reach, so you just keep putting it off.

In less than 90 minutes, I’ll show you how easy it is to begin to incorporate meditation and self care into your lifestyle, and the immense benefits of them both.

This can be done virtually or in-person for residents within a 25 mi radius of Madison, Wi.

During our 90 minute session:

  • We’ll walk through your daily/weekly schedule
  • I’ll create a loose weekly plan for where and when you can incorporate meditation into your lifestyle
  • I’ll develop a personalized meditation that we’ll do together to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, or any other feelings you may be having coming into the session
  • We’ll do a short journaling exercise

This session is where all of my clients have their biggest and most impactful breakthroughs. I trust that you will too during this session.

By the end you’ll be energized, relaxed, and ready to make meditation a holistic health habit.
