This yoga/meditation mini retreat at Perennial Yoga at Garver Feed Mill is exactly what you need!

  • What: 45 minute yoga session with Jan from Perennial; 30 minutes guided meditation, journaling and connection time led by me (Danielle!)


If you’re a stressed out mama who could use a little “me” time (and honestly which mama/woman couldn’t?), then you’re going to want to ask your partner to watch the kids so that you can attend this incredible in-person mini yoga retreat!

During our 90 minute session:

  • We’ll be led through an incredible yoga session by yoga instructor, Jan at Perennial Yoga
  • I’ll lead you through a guided meditation to destress, decompress and create positive energy
  • We’ll do a short journaling exercise reflecting on our meditation

This session is where all of my clients have their biggest and most impactful breakthroughs. I trust that you will too during this session.

By the end you’ll be energized, relaxed, and ready to take on the rest of your day and weekend!

    This mini retreat is perfect for everyone! Who doesn’t have tension in their body that needs to be released?! Taking this time to focus on my body and mind was so refreshing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend.
